Having started my career in 1997 I quickly discovered a deep passion for enriching the lives of seniors and individuals with complex needs. This passion fueled my move into leadership roles and now, with over 25 years’ experience in the live-in care industry, I’m committed to delivering exceptional care.

My leadership style emphasises empathy, innovation, and a constant drive to improve the lives of those we serve. Over the years, I’ve honed my expertise in managing diverse healthcare teams and ensuring the highest standards of care, especially in live-in care settings.
