Career Background / Experience

I began my career in finance before transitioning into childcare, where I earned an NVQ Level 3 qualification. In my role I was caring for and supporting children aged 2-5. This sparked my passion for caring for others, before I took the opportunity to move into adult care.

Why Live-In Care

I was drawn to live-in care because I value the opportunity for clients to remain in their own homes, with a dedicated carer who can build a strong rapport and provide personalised care. I maintain regular communication with our clients through weekly calls to ensure that we are always connected and responsive to their needs.

Why Eximius

I joined Eximius in February 2023 as an Audit Administrator. In my role, I review care notes daily to ensure that our clients’ care needs are met appropriately. I am proud to be part of a fantastic team that shares a commitment to both meeting our clients’ needs and supporting our live-in carers.
