Career Background / Experience

My career in care started at the young age of 13 working as a receptionist within a residential and dementia care home. I completed a Hairdressing Apprenticeship and worked in a salon as a Stylist for 5 years whilst also working as a health care assistant. I decided to take a change and go into the care sector full time as a Care Coordinator, continuing my career within office and management roles.

I have experience in caring for clients with conditions such as dementia/Alzheimers, MS, MND, Parkinson’s, palliative care, as well as young adults and children with various conditions, alongside care management and recruitment for these clients.

Why Live-In Care?

Whilst live-in care is still domiciliary care, being a solely focused and bespoke live-in care provider, it offers a different approach. Live-in care allows constant support to those staying within their own homes. Choosing to work in live-in care offers a more client-focused, composed and challenging career.
