It’s the reason why Tammy makes sure that our support companions can master those satisfying staples. From perfect poached eggs (the small pleasure of watching the golden yolk spill under the knife never grows old) to bigger, heartier meals that complement each other in flavour, colour and texture.
Tammy also shares important tricks of the trade – clever shortcuts that speed up work in the kitchen. Other tricks include how to transform simple sauces and meals, like a roux or spaghetti Bolognese, into a variety of mouth-watering dishes.

It’s why we continually monitor the service we provide and make the necessary adjustments along the way to complement your evolving needs, lifestyle and routine.
Another way we like to keep everyone involved is through our PASS system, a clever app that enables us to store vital information about our clients' wellbeing. Support companions, loved ones, health professionals – anyone involved in the client’s life – can access this information at any time. This way, even if you’re not physically there, through our app, you can keep a watchful eye on the live-in care services your loved ones are receiving.
The ability to share and update information in this way ensures we remain vigilant in always delivering a consistent and collaborative service. Therefore, giving you, the peace of mind knowing that your loved ones are given the best care possible, whilst you’re away from them.
Of course, the app is just a helpful tool. It will never replace other means of communication like a friendly phone call or face-to-face conversation. A client and their loved ones can always reach out to us at any time they’d want or require.
